PRIVACY + CONFIDENTIALITY

All the information you provide and share with me is kept strictly confidential. I do not disclose your contact details, personal identity nor what we discuss in our session to any third party.

RESCHEDULING + CANCELING

If you need to cancel an appointment, you can reschedule the appointment to another date. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the original scheduled time.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice of the originally scheduled time will incur a $20US fee, unless it is due to an *emergency (*ie medical, death, or natural disaster.)

If you decide to cancel and not reschedule, you must do so with at least a two week notice. A 50% refund will then be issued within 6-10 business days.

Canceled appointments within two weeks of our scheduled session will not be refunded. I have never had the latter scenario happen with any of my clients, however I recommend rescheduling instead, if you find yourself needing to cancel.

PLEASE NOTE: Late (15min+ of scheduled appointment time) or No Shows will be canceled and no refund will be issued. Please contact me if you are running late or need to reschedule due to an emergency, illness, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

As a professional astrologer I abide by the Ethical Guidelines as detailed by the International Association of Ethics in Astrology (IAEA).
